Along with chairs and sofas, chests of drawers were amongst the most celebrated creations of 18th century French furniture designers.  On the site there’s a good mixture of traditional styles from this period, (Louis XV, Louis XVIII, Regency) made in beautiful hardwoods like mahogany, cherry and beech. There’s also the occasional model boasting more modern influences, like the ‘Maurice’ model below, which is made from black and red wood and sports a white gold leaf finish.
